Session Rate: $222 per 50-minute clinical hour

Essential Therapy & Consultation, PLLC is a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service and is accepted via cash, check, credit or debit card, HSA, or FSA. Electronic payments are processed through Square, Ivy Pay, or invoice.

Superbills available upon request. This practice is considered an out-of-network provider. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for submission to your commercial insurance for potential reimbursement - though reimbursement cannot be guaranteed. Please contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Medicare: Essential Therapy & Consultation, PLLC has opted out of Medicare.

Good Faith Estimate: In accordance with the No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to beginning services.

Limited reduced-rate appointments are available for qualifying low-income individuals. If you believe you may qualify, please mention this during your initial contact.
