Step 2 — Complete intake paperwork. A brief disclosure form and intake questionnaire are completed before your first session — all handled digitally, at your convenience.
Step 3 — We come to you. Clinical services are mobile and face-to-face across Greater Seattle, King County, and South Snohomish County — designed to eliminate transportation and technology barriers to care.
